A Clipmybiz Project Coordinator will get back to you asap, gather all the necessary information and make sure you are happy with your current choice. If not, she or he will offer you alternatives. Once you approve your quote and pay a deposit, we can move on to Step 2.
Your Clip my Biz Project Coordinator calls you to discuss the video clip in detail. From interview questions to graphics, logos, charts and the pack shot. Together you write a script, choose the platform where you will post it and then decide on a filming day.
Your Clip my Biz Coordinator then prepares your graphic elements and a shortlist of great musics, creates a shoot schedule for the day of filming and chooses the best possible Clip my Biz Filmmaker in our pool for the next phase, Step 3.
This is the coolest part of the process. Your Clip my Biz Filmmaker meets you on location and turns what used to be wishful thinking into a film.
Typically he/she will film during the morning, for about 2 hours, causing minimal disruption to your business. But, as good craftsmen do, our filmmakers are result-oriented, so they will do whatever it takes to get that fantastic camera angle or that perfect answer on tape.
Next is editing! Usually performed by the same filmmaker, but not always. This will be done directly at your premises, using a portable editing station. He/she will use the prepared elements and creative skills to cut that clip exactly right!
You are absolutely welcome to get involved in the creative process. And, at the end of the day, after a round of corrections, we can move to the final Step 4.
Your Clipmybiz Filmmaker finalises the video clip and shares it to your computer, to view and sign off.
Your clip is ready for posting!
We will also keep a copy of it, plus all footage and production elements for 5 years, so you can make modifications or additions at a later stage if needed.
